We created the storyboard and illustrations for the film about the Integrated Urban Development Plan of the Government of São Paulo.
For the storyboard, more than thirty black and white frames were drawn following the scene plan proposed by Dead Pixel Studio, the film’s producer.
In parallel, some concept illustrations were drawn to define the style.
After the approval of the storyboard and concept illustrations, thirty characters, twelve scenarios and ten vehicles were developed.
The film produced by Dead Pixel Studio was made entirely in animation and motion.
